Before we connected, Melanie asked if there as anything I wanted to focus on, and I told her after listening, we could go in so many directions because I felt aligned with her on so many topics. At that point, she turned the recording button on. She was deeply curious about experience and Facebook and how it related to building Pauseture. Reflecting after, I could have better articulated how much I loved my job there and that I was great at my job. I loved working from the Menlo Park Headquarters and the New York office -- and I was fortunate to do that. It was the micrcosm of the Los Angeles office that was difficult for me, in the beginning. And, the culture did change as we got larger. Also, I failed to mention the importance of scale is doing something for free or low cost. Feldenkrais had traditionally been expensive to access, and I am self funding the app so that more people can have access, and that is scale.
